创建项目时报错：TTY mode is not supported on Windows platform.

想试试laravel5.2，重新安装环境后，执行命令：
D:\programming_php>laravel new test_project

[Symfony\Component\Process\Exception\RuntimeException]
TTY mode is not supported on Windows platform.

new [--dev] [--] <name>
我的laravel installer版本是：
D:\programming_php>laravel -v
